Terms of Use

The Blueprint for AI Education Puerto Rico™ provides a self-paced, bilingual online program that teaches the science of AI navigation. By accessing our platform, you agree to use it solely for educational purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Access & License

  • Access is provided to schools under a shared-login model; schools may distribute the access link to enrolled students.

  • No resale, redistribution, or commercial use is permitted.

  • We may improve or update content and features at any time.

  • Access may be suspended or terminated in cases of misuse or program changes beyond our control.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not disrupt, copy, or reverse-engineer the service.

  • Do not upload or share unlawful or harmful content.

  • Use of AI outputs remains subject to school policies and applicable law, and does not constitute legal, financial, or medical advice.

Intellectual Property
All site materials, curriculum language, and visual assets are owned or licensed by Hooporia Institute Inc. Limited, non-exclusive, revocable permission is granted for school instructional use.

Liability Disclaimer
Hooporia Institute Inc. disclaims all liability for damages arising from the use or inability to use the program.

Privacy Policy

We minimize data collection and avoid student-level personal information.

Information We Collect

  • Basic school contact information when applying for access.

  • Voluntary donor information for contributions.

  • General usage data for site functionality (non-student specific).

What We Do Not Collect

  • No student accounts or profiles are required.

  • No student-level personal information is collected or retained.

How We Use Information

  • Provide and manage school access credentials.

  • Maintain program functionality and security.

  • Process donations securely through trusted providers.

Data Protection

  • All donor and school information is safeguarded with industry-standard encryption.

  • Information is retained only as long as necessary for program delivery or legal compliance.

  • No student-level data is ever stored or retained.

Accessibility Commitment
We build to Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 AA standards to support screen readers, keyboard navigation, and device compatibility.

Pricing & Sponsorship

  • Program Value: $50 per student, fully subsidized through donor support.

  • Free Access: All Puerto Rico Title I middle schools (grades 6–8) receive full access at no cost.

  • Donor-Supported: Delivery is underwritten by donors and partners.

  • No Hidden Fees: Schools, students, and families are never charged.

  • Access Model: School-wide shared login or secure direct link; no student accounts required.

  • Nonprofit: Provided exclusively through Hooporia Institute Inc., recognized under Section 508(c)(1)(A).

Donation Policy

Thank you for supporting The Blueprint for AI Education Puerto Rico™.

  • All donations support student access, program development, and school partnerships.

  • Donations are final and non-refundable.

  • Hooporia Institute Inc. does not sell or share donor information beyond essential providers.

  • Donors receive receipts for record-keeping (issued electronically unless otherwise requested).

  • Donations may qualify as charitable contributions under applicable law. Please consult your tax advisor.

  • Every $50 raised supports one full student journey into the new language of AI.
